The deal
You get the product as described on this site, with professional diligence. Your data stays yours; anything you create with the product is yours. We may improve or change features, and we announce material changes to these terms on this page 30 days before they apply to you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay — VAT-inclusive where you are a consumer. No hidden charges and no dark-pattern renewals: subscriptions renew at the shown price, you can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Price changes apply from your next renewal, announced at least 30 days ahead.
If you are a consumer (EU)
You keep every protection your national law makes mandatory — nothing in these terms reduces them. For distance purchases you have the legal 14-day withdrawal right (art. L221-18, Code de la consommation): tell us at [email protected] within 14 days of subscribing and we refund within 14 days. For one-shot digital content delivered immediately, we ask for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgment that delivery waives withdrawal (art. L221-28). Consumer disputes: before our first consumer sale we will enrol with an approved consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation, art. L612-1) and name them here — until then no purchase can be completed on this site, so the obligation is not yet triggered. You may also always use the courts named below.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to break, probe or overload the service, no scraping at scale, no reselling without written agreement, no use that violates someone else's rights.
Warranty and liability
For business users the service is provided as-is to the extent French law allows; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side owes the other indirect or consequential damages. For consumers, we are liable as French consumer law provides; nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including death, personal injury, or fraud).
Term and termination
You can stop using the product and close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, with notice and a chance to cure where the breach is curable. On termination you get a 30-day window to export your data.
Language
These terms are written and contracted in English. If a French version is published, the French version prevails for consumers residing in France.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by French law. For business users, any dispute — including warranty claims and cases with several defendants — falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal des activités économiques de Strasbourg, France. If you are a consumer, this clause does not restrict you: you may bring or defend a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and mandatory rules of your home law apply regardless of the paragraph above.
Force majeure and the rest
Neither side is liable for failure caused by events outside its control (art. 1218, Code civil). If a clause is held invalid, the rest stands. These terms plus the privacy policy are the whole agreement for the product they cover.
